A police officer who was videotaped knocking a man off his bicycle and onto the ground during a cycling event in Manhattan last summer has been fired, the Police Department said.

Stay outta my lane!

What this concept attempts to do is make the streets a tiny bit safer for city bicycle riders. A device attaches to the back of your bicycle and projects an instant bicycle lane onto the road, as this picture shows.

That way, you can whip about town without a care in the world, knowing that you’re letting other drivers know that, "hey, this here is a bicycle lane!"

Ok, ok, I guess pedal bikes are cool after all. Getting into Mountain Biking changed my life and I hope in changes others' lives too. We should keep Pinkbike going so others can one day experience the joy of riding bikes that we all do. Ride on.

Pinkbike closes doors and opens Moto website...ChainSlayer.com

It has been a great bunch of years running pinkbike.com and riding around on pedal bikes. Great memories and friends, but we must progress as riders to another level. The next level is Moto, DirtBikes, and ChainSlayer. Bigger jumps, faster bikes, and let's cut to the chase, hotter podium girls.
On that note we are now closing pinkbike.com and starting a new website called ChainSlayer.com
